  • Where are you based and can I collect?
We are based in Crewe, Cheshire. If you would like to collect, please order as usual and choose the collection option in shipping. Please message or email me to arrange a collection date.
  • How do I store my brownies?

We recommend eating your blondies and brownies within a week of receiving them. They can be stored at room temperature in the bag they came in, are delicious in the fridge and can also be frozen. (We also enjoy warming them up a bit in the microwave but remove from the foil tray first!)

  • My order hasn't arrived/is damaged - what do I do?
Please allow 3-4 working days for all deliveries. If after this time your order does not arrive, please message us so we can investigate. Same with any damaged deliveries, we take this very seriously and will do all we can to rectify the situation.
  • Do you do allergy free items?
We list all allergens under each product - if you are ever unsure please contact us before ordering. We do not specifically offer allergy free products due to the risk of cross contimation but we are happy to provide gluten free brownies at £15 if you would like to message us to discuss your requirements.

We will be offering vegan brownies soon but are working on perfecting the recipes!
